Triumph's 2008 Model Year Conference News The two new models for 2008 are the Street Triple and a Rocket III Tourer. Information for the Street Triple is already on this website and on Triumph's website. Rocket III Tourer information should be on shortly. The Street Triple will be delivered to those who pre-ordered starting in November. Dealers will start to see their inventory in February, 2008. The Rocket III Tourer, available in January, 2008, has an entirely new frame design, a redesigned tank and air box cover. The Tourer comes stock with hard, lockable bags, windshield, rider footboards and passanger footboards. Triumph also has over 70 new accessories for the new Tourer including a quick detachable wind screen, a quick detachable sissy bar, an eighteen inch wide touring seat and 4.5 inch fog lights. Triumph has introduced the Triumph Premium Group (TPG). The new TPG is designed to acknowledge and reward those dealers that have shown commitment to the Triumph Brand, the market and most importantly, to the Triumph customer. The three distinct and distinguished categories are Platinum, Gold and Silver. The 2008 TPG Platinum status has been awarded to 22 dealers. One, of which, is Capitol Area Triumph. We at Capitol Area Triumph are proud of our achievement. As a Platinum dealer, we will be able to offer unlimited returns on parts, clothing and accessories. It will only cost the shipping to return items. As a Platinum dealer, we will be able to pre approve warranties up to $1000. We look forward to utilizing these to programs to better service you, our customer.

On May 4th and 5th the Triumph Domo Truck was at Capitol Area Triumph. 225 demo rides were taken over the two day period. It was our first open house with nice weather, and our customers really came out to see the Triumphs.
